Rashaun Marc Scudder

Executive Chef / Owner

 

 

 

Executive Chef Rashaun Marc Scudder works closely with his catering development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence 100% of the time. Chef Rashaun contributes to building a top line of sales and guest counts through the delivery of a competitively superior guest experience. Chef leads his team of catering professionals and staff on how to deliver high-quality, great tasting food, proper food safety procedures and profitability.

Selena L. Scudder

Operations Manager

 

Selena L. Scudder is responsible for planning, directing, controlling and executing a wide variety of unique catering events, each of which she  manages to the aesthetic and economic satisfaction of separate and independent clients, in a fluid and dynamic working environment.  She is responsible for profit and loss with respect to managing each event. Selena is assigned to the staff, menu, setting, collateral entertainment, vendor selection, department interaction, and all other necessary or appropriate aspects.
